I am founder and CEO of Networkia Business Center. When I founded this company in early 2012 with my team we set ourselves the challenge of being a leader in the high segment of the sector in Madrid and Barcelona. Highlighting image and quality of our centers along with meticulous level of service.
Business centers get companies that are located in them are focused on their core business, leaving the center staff deal with all the accessories. Thus they are optimizing costs and more importantly, they forget everything that is not essential to your business and hurts productivity.
In addition to the companies that are located in the centers, we are an ideal way to outsource business meetings, by providing appropriate environments and technology along with the service solution.
Finally, a service that will more and still not enough known is the “Virtual Office”, ideal to open a new office of the company with minimum costs and maximum return on image and service. You can jump with a new office in Madrid for less than the cost of a coffee a day!
Does the concept “business center” is sufficiently known among entrepreneurs and professionals who may be more useful?
It is a strongly widespread solution in countries like the UK or the US, but in Spain has a very high growth potential as we are able to translate what the business centers can do for their businesses.
It is about to open a business center in Paseo de Gracia. Tell us about this new journey.
The new business center Networkia Paseo de Gracia, is located in a historic building, founded in 1927 by the insurance company “The Union and the Phoenix,” which has been fully renovated since early 2016.
Ceilings over four meters with classical moldings early twentieth century combined with ocher and white paintings make this center an emblem of classical style manor l’Eixample district.
Two floors with 26 offices equipped with different capacities, all with natural light, securizados computationally through VLAN and mostly overlooking Passeig de Gràcia or Diputación street, and a nice private terrace.
The center breathes pairing between technology and tradition with the latest air conditioning VRV, leading technology in both electronic network and power and stability in the supply of either WIFI or internet cable. Not forgetting, access control installed in the original hardwood doors more than three meters high opening by proximity card.
Soon it will become an industry benchmark by location, capacity and technology.
What goals have you set?
We intend to have the best value proposal balanced between the two major cities, all with 5 * certified by TUV Rheinland and strong partnerships with other centers and networks in major countries.
Why did you decide to sign up BIBC?
In addition to the persuasive that can be Daniel Radniewski, he inspired me a lot of confidence that was already part of a manager of my highest consideration. On the other hand, I found an innovative idea where top executives of a different relational our disposal area.
What do you do when you have difficulty solving a problem?
Something essential is to step back and try to see this problem from outside because often the difficulty seeing the solution is being too inside. Furthermore, the view of your nearest team is essential.
What hobbies you have and as you get off?
I am a great lover of Harley Davidson, I have a large capacity and I love to get away and feel the freedom. On the other hand, I also really like the running and play golf. The two sports help disconnect.
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
“Nothing can teach a man, just help him find it within himself”
