This week begins the refurbishment works of the new NETWORKIA Cuzco center, located in the district of Cuzco, the commercial and financial zone of Madrid par excellence.
This new workspace reaches 1700 m2 and has a capacity of up to 220 posts configured in 30 private offices, all with natural light. The spaces are distributed in a coworking area, meeting & coffee areas, 6 meeting rooms, individual offices and offices of up to 60 people. In addition, the center has its own parking in the same building.
With direct access from Poeta Joan Maragall street (formerly known as Capitán Haya), it enjoys exceptional visibility and access that will undoubtedly make it one of the most interesting proposals for setting up a company in this part of the capital:
First, for its unbeatable location where business, sports facilities, gastronomie and a wide commercial offer are combined.
Second, for its magnificent facilities designed and designed for companies and professionals to live together like fish in water. In addition to private offices, the center will have common spaces aimed at meeting, relaxing, innovating, in short, create community to facilitate and promote the day to day of its users. For this, we have taken advantage of the benefits offered by the latest technologies, for example through the installation of phone boxes and interactive audiovisual equipment.
And third, every time large corporations are looking to relocate part of their equipment to promote innovation and NETWORKIA Cuzco has spaces to house large teams of people connected with the best technology and putting innumerable resources at your fingertips.
This latest move leads NETWORKIA to manage a total of more than 8000m2 of Business Center spread over Madrid between the workspaces of La Moraleja, Gran Vía and Cuzco and in Barcelona between the business centers of Portal del Ángel and Paseo de Gracia.
From NETWORKIA we are proud to be able to offer you this news in scoop and we will keep you informed of the course of the work of conditioning, as well as the expected opening date that we envision could be in January 2019.
